The Dance Space Announces New Summer Classes, Camps and Workshops
It is still not too late to be a part of The Dance Space, an up and coming new dance studio located in Flower Mound. The Dance Space just announced additions to the summer schedule. Theatre Dance Camp: Three sessions will be held to teach students various dance techniques related to musical theater. Theatre Dance 1: July 14, 16, and 18th from 1:30-3:30 and Theatre Dance 2: July 21, 23, and 25th from 1:30-3:30 for ages 6-9, $100. Theatre Dance 3: August 11-15th from 1-4 p.m., for ages 10 to teen, $150.
New Ballet and Tap class for ages 3-4 year olds-Wednesday 12-12:45

The Dance Space Dancy Company just wrapped up their 2007-08 competition season and finished with top scores in all of their competitions. Summer registration for The Dance Space in Flower Mound is in full swing. The Dance Space is offering some fun camps and classes, such as the Hannah Montana Pop Star Camp, Princess Ballerina Camp and American Girl Camp. Try outs for the dance company will take place in August, so if your dancer wants to audition, make sure you register for at least one summer intensive. Exercise and fitness is so important for kids today. They need to have an outlet for their energy and to get out and have fun with their peers, too. Some parents and children choose sports such as soccer, baseball or football.
Dance is another great activity for children.
